OPEN LEVEL YOGA -
This class is available to all levels, beginner to intermediate.
We start with postures designed to open the chest, back, shoulders and hips. Next,we work on pure movement in the shoulders and hips to relieve tension. Then,we do Hatha yoga postures, including balance postures. Followed by core-strengthening Pilates. Next, stretching or restorative postures and finally a short meditation.
BEGINNER LEVEL YOGA - This class is for people who have never done yoga before and/or people who are limited in their range of motion due to chronic pain or tension
